Direction / access

All events and accommodations take place in the Vauban hotel, Brest (click for more details).

It is located in the center of the city at: 17 avenue Georges Clémenceau, 29200 Brest.

To reach the Vauban hotel from the airport: 

- take the shuttle (1.4€) connecting the airport to the tramway station “Porte de Guipavas” (10mins). 

- from the tramway station “Porte de Guipavas”, go inbound and stop at “Liberté” (17mins). You can use the same ticket as in the shuttle.

- from “Liberté” (Brest main square with town hall and shops/restaurants) you can walk to the Vauban hotel (4mins) following the “Avenue Georges Clemenceau” southeastward (toward the sea and the train station).

To reach the Vauban hotel from the train station:

- reach the end of the bus station plaza and walk upward to the Vauban hotel (6mins) following the “Avenue Georges Clemenceau” northwestward (toward "Place de la Liberté").

To reach the hotel by taxi: simply ask the driver for the Vauban hotel, there's only one and they all know it (should be around 15/20€ from the airport).
